1. The Service

N in One is a mobile collection of games, including solitaire, 2048, sliding puzzles, Minesweeper, and Tetris. Some content can run offline; advertising, cloud saves, remote configuration, login, and purchases may require a compatible device, network connection, and third-party services.

The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work to maintain it but do not promise that every game, server, advertisement, or online feature will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on every device.

2. Eligibility and Parents

You must have the legal capacity to enter these Terms in your jurisdiction. Minors may use the app only with a parent or legal guardian's review and consent. Parents and guardians are responsible for device access, advertising consent, and in-app purchase settings.

3. Limited License

As long as you follow these Terms, Anny Game grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to install and use the app on a compatible device that you own or control.

The app's code, interface, text, images, audio, trademarks, and game designs belong to Anny Game or its licensors. Except where applicable law or written permission allows it, you may not copy, sell, rent, distribute, publicly provide, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, extract assets, create derivative works, or use the app to build a competing product.

4. Guest Identity, Cloud Saves, and Third Parties

The app may use PlayFab to create a guest identity using a device-generated Custom ID and synchronize settings, progress, and other cloud-save data. This is not a traditional email account. Changing devices, clearing data, deleting cloud data, or service changes may prevent progress from being restored. Do not treat the app as your only backup.

Firebase, PlayFab, advertising networks, app stores, and other providers have their own terms and privacy policies. You agree to follow applicable third-party rules. Their availability, content, payment processing, and privacy practices are not changed by these Terms.

5. Advertising and Consent

The app may display app-open, banner, interstitial, or rewarded advertisements. Google UMP may request consent where required by law. You may refuse personalized advertising; non-personalized advertising may still be shown.

After a supported one-time remove-ads purchase, the app will try to remove in-app advertising on the relevant store account and device. This does not remove ads from app stores, system services, or external pages and is not guaranteed to transfer across platforms. See the Privacy Policy for data practices.

6. In-App Purchases and Virtual Items

The app currently offers one-time purchases, including coin packs and a one-time remove-ads feature. Product names, prices, currencies, availability, and displayed terms are set by Google Play or Apple App Store. The store processes payment and we do not receive full payment-card details.

• Coins are virtual items for use only in the app. They are not money, deposits, or property redeemable for cash, and may not be resold or transferred.
• Coins, remove-ads status, and other digital content are granted after purchase confirmation according to app logic. Orders may be pending because of network conditions, parental approval, or store status.
• Purchases, refunds, chargebacks, unauthorized charges, and any statutory withdrawal rights are governed by the store's rules and applicable law. Request refunds through the store; nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights.
• Deleting the app, cloud data, or an account, or stopping use may make unused virtual items unrecoverable unless applicable law requires otherwise.

No subscription or automatic-renewal promise is made by this version. Any future subscription or product will have separate information before purchase.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• violate law, app-store rules, or another person's rights;
• hack, modify, inject, automate, cheat, falsify orders, or claim duplicate rewards;
• interfere with servers, networks, ads, analytics, purchases, or security controls, or access back-end systems without authorization;
• use the app to distribute malware, fraud, harassment, hate, sexual content, or other illegal or harmful material;
• bypass advertising, purchase, regional, age, or consent controls, or commercially resell, rent, or host the app.

We may restrict features to investigate security issues, fix vulnerabilities, or comply with law. The app does not provide public posting or chat; do not submit personal information in feedback, names, or visible fields.

8. Intellectual Property and Open Source

N in One's original content, name, and branding are protected by intellectual-property law. The app also includes third-party SDKs, open-source components, and assets. Their notices and license texts are available on the Open-Source Licenses page. Third-party licenses do not imply endorsement.

Feedback and bug reports may be used to improve the app. Do not send trade secrets or information you expect to remain confidential.

9. Updates, Suspension, and Termination

We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features for security, legal, store, operational, or technical reasons. Updates may change game balance, advertising frequency, cloud-save behavior, or product content. We will provide update information where reasonably possible.

You may stop using and uninstall the app at any time. We may suspend online features for serious violations, abuse, or security risks. When these Terms end, your license ends immediately; provisions concerning intellectual property, purchases, disclaimers, and liability continue.

10. Disclaimers and Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the app is provided as is, without a promise of uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, freedom from malicious code, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You are responsible for device backups, network charges, store accounts, and your use environment.

To the extent allowed by law, Anny Game is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the app, lost progress, third-party services, advertising, network failure, or unauthorized access. Non-waivable consumer, product-liability, intentional-misconduct, and personal-injury rights are not limited. Where liability may legally be limited, total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the event.

11. Updates and General Terms

We will show the latest date at the top of this page. Material changes may be communicated in the app, store listing, or another reasonable way. Continued use after an update means you accept it; otherwise stop using the app.

If a provision is invalid, the rest remains effective. Mandatory consumer-protection rules in your place of residence take priority over conflicting language. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
